You find satisfaction in guiding a team towards collective success and thrive on seeing your strategies come to life through the meticulous work of your team.

Your commitment extends deeply into the nonprofit sector, where your expertise becomes a force for good, amplifying the voices of organizations dedicated to serving vulnerable communities (like those affected by foster care, adoption, and homelessness). This passion for contributing to meaningful causes is integral to your professional identity, motivating you to leverage digital marketing as a powerful tool for fundraising, engagement, and storytelling, ultimately helping these organizations do more good in the world.

Honesty and direct communication are your guiding principles, believing in addressing challenges head-on to foster growth and resolution. You approach problems with a solutions-oriented mindset, focusing on process improvements over placing blame.
