Overview
Position: Website Strategist
Classification: Full time or Part time
Location: Fully Remote (work from anywhere but you must have access to reliable internet and a quiet workspace for video calls).
Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred
About the Position
The Website Strategist plays a crucial role in transforming our clients' missions into effective digital experiences. You'll be the strategic mind behind our website projects, bridging the gap between organizational goals and user needs while working with our remote team to bring these visions to life.
This position requires someone who can think both strategically and tactically—someone who can see the big picture of how a website serves an organization's mission while also diving into the details that make that vision possible. You'll work directly with nonprofits, churches, and purpose-driven organizations to understand their unique challenges and create website strategies that amplify their impact.
This is a full-time, remote position with flexible PTO and support for lifelong learning. We are a fully-remote team, which means no commute or cubicles (and lots of video chat and emoji). While your day-to-day involves close collaboration with our small team, you need to be comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively.

About You
You're a strategic thinker with a heart for mission-driven work. You understand that every pixel and paragraph needs to serve a greater purpose, and you're passionate about helping organizations doing good work to do it better.
You see patterns and possibilities. When looking at a website or organization, you naturally spot opportunities for improvement and can envision what "better" looks like.
You're equally comfortable with data and people. You can dive deep into analytics one moment and lead an engaging client workshop the next. You understand that great websites require both human insight and data-driven decisions.
You're a natural translator. You can turn complex technical concepts into clear explanations and transform ambitious visions into actionable plans. You help clients and team members see the path forward.
You have a special appreciation for ministry and nonprofit work. You understand the unique challenges these organizations face and are driven to help them overcome digital obstacles to achieve their missions.
You're process-minded but flexible. You appreciate good systems but know when to adapt them. You can create order from chaos without becoming rigid.
You're proactive with a bias for action. You don't wait for perfect information to start moving forward, but you know how to adjust course as new insights emerge.
You're a lifelong learner. The digital landscape never stops evolving, and neither do you. You're always exploring new tools, techniques, and trends that could benefit our clients.
