What do you mean by “unlimited?”

It really is unlimited, meaning you can make as many requests as you need. We process your requests in a queue for each type of "unlimited" based on when we receive your request and your requested completion date. We work on one task at a time, including revisions, until completion. But yes, unlimited creative means there is no set limit to the number of items we can complete each month.

Is a new website included?

All packages include a new website leveraging our ChurchKit platform. We’ve done the hard work of designing website layouts and features that we know work. We'll start by developing a sitemap and strategy for your website. Then we'll customize one of our starter kits to match your church's fonts, colors, and graphics before we setup your initial pages and hit the launch button. If you need additional features we can custom-build components or write content for your website as add-on services.

Is the cost of advertising included?

No. The ad strategy, asset creation, and ongoing campaign management are included. The cost of advertising is billed directly to your account by Meta and/or Google. We will help you establish an ad budget based on your goals. If you qualify for the Google Ad Grant program you can receive up to $10,000 of free ad budget from Google each month.

Do I get a single point of contact?

Yes! You’ll have access to a dedicated account manager for all questions, requests, or changes via our communication portal.

Can I change my plan after I start?

Yes! You can change your plan at any time with 30 days notice.

When will I get billed?

We send invoices approximately two weeks before the start of each month for the upcoming month's services. Invoices are due before the first day of each month you have an active plan.
