“Whether it was our website, messaging, or donor nurture series, I have been impressed! I have worked with Louder across multiple organizations, and every time I look for an opportunity to bring them in. I always feel like I'm doing nonprofits a favor when I make the introduction to Louder.”
Nonprofit digital marketing agency
The nonprofits that grow don't have the biggest budgets. They have a clear story.
Story-driven marketing starts with the one thing that makes a stranger care, then builds every channel to carry it. Louder finds your story and runs the marketing that tells it.
- 70%increase in annual donations in 90 days
- 480%increase in donation conversions via Google Ad Grant
- 5xincrease in recruitment applications
- 250+nonprofits and ministries served since 2010

Random acts of marketing don't grow a nonprofit.
A post here. A newsletter when someone has time. A year-end appeal built from scratch every November. An Ad Grant account that's technically active and practically forgotten.
It's not that your team doesn't care about marketing. It's that marketing keeps losing to the mission-critical thing in front of them, and no one is holding the whole picture.
Meanwhile, the people who need you and the people who'd fund you are searching, asking AI, opening emails, and scrolling past organizations that showed up when you didn't.
There's a better way.
Story-driven marketing
You already have a true story worth telling. Most nonprofits just never get to tell it well.
Story-driven marketing means we don't start with channels. We start with the story: who you serve, what changes when you do, and the part a donor or volunteer gets to play in it. Then we build every channel to carry that story a little further. The Ad Grant ad, the landing page, the welcome email, and the year-end appeal all tell the same story to the same person at a different moment.
And we tell it the right way. Our ethical storytelling standards protect the dignity of the people you serve while still moving supporters to act. The people in your story are never props.

Find the story.

-

Introducing
Nonprofit Growth Plans
Story-driven marketing, run for you by a team that knows nonprofits.
A Nonprofit Growth Plan is an ongoing marketing partnership where our strategists set the roadmap and our specialists execute it every month, across the channels that matter for your mission. You're not sending us a task list. We're bringing you the plan, doing the work, and reporting on what it produced.
- Strategy-led, not request-led.Every plan starts with an audit and a 90-day roadmap. We tell you what to do next; you don't have to figure it out.
- Deliverables, not hours.Plans are built on a monthly points budget spent on real deliverables (a campaign, a nurture series, an Ad Grant restructure), so you always know what you're getting and never watch a clock.
- Integrated by design.Ad Grant traffic lands on pages built to convert. Email nurtures the people search brought in. Social amplifies the stories email told. One team, one plan.
- Reported in outcomes.Donations, sign-ups, volunteers, program participation. Not impressions.
How we grow a nonprofit
Five parts. One story.
Most nonprofit marketing fails in the gaps between channels. So we don't start with channels. We start with the path a stranger takes to become a champion, and we build every channel to move people along it.
-
A full audit of your messaging, website, analytics, and channels, then a 90-day roadmap that picks the two or three things that would make the biggest difference right now. Your strategist owns it and reassesses every quarter.
-
Google Ad Grant, SEO and AI visibility, organic and paid social. Every channel points at a page built for the person who clicked, not the homepage.
-
Landing pages, giving pages, volunteer and program forms designed to be completed. Lead magnets that turn visitors into contacts. Tracking on every one so we know what worked.
-
Welcome series, impact and story emails, segmentation by donor, volunteer, and program audience. The paths that turn a first gift into recurring giving and a volunteer into a champion.
-
GA4, consent, and conversion tracking set up correctly. Monthly reporting in plain English, tied to your goals. Quarterly, we look at what it produced and set the next 90 days.
Every Growth Plan is a set of priorities along this path, chosen for your organization from a full audit, reassessed every quarter.
What's inside a Growth Plan
A marketing mix that flexes with your needs.
No two organizations need the same marketing. Your Growth Plan isn't a package. It's a mix built around what will move your story forward, measured in points so every deliverable has a clear value and you always know what you're getting.
- Built around your goals, not a preset package
- Monthly planning calls to prioritize what's next
- Pay for deliverables you can see, never hours
- Unused points carry into the next month
-
Messaging and Story
Marketing only works if the message does.
- Core messaging strategy and micro-story one-liners
- Conversion copywriting for web, email, and ads
- Story collection systems and testimonial gathering
-
Google Ad Grant Management
Up to $10,000 a month in free search ads. We build it, keep it compliant, and point it at pages that convert.

- Compliance monitoring so you never lose the grant
-
SEO, GEO, and AI Visibility
Your supporters don't just Google anymore. We make sure you're in the answer.
- Technical SEO and site health across your whole site
- Content strategy built around the questions donors and clients actually ask
- Generative Engine Optimization: structured, citable content that AI engines pull from
-
Social Media
Organic that tells your story with the ethics your work demands. Paid that reaches the specific people who'd care.
- Content strategy and editorial calendar
- Ethical, trauma-informed storytelling standards
- Meta and Instagram campaigns for donors, volunteers, and events
-
Email Marketing
Still the channel that raises the most money per dollar for nonprofits, and the one most often neglected.
- Welcome series and automated nurture journeys
- Impact and story emails on a real calendar
- Segmentation by donor, volunteer, and program audience
-
Donation Optimization
The last step of the story is the gift. We make it easy to give once, and easier to keep giving.
- Giving page and form optimization: fewer clicks, smarter suggested amounts, tracking on everything
- Recurring donor program design, naming, and launch
- Second-gift and retention journeys, including year-end and Giving Tuesday
Why a Growth Plan
Not just another agency. Not one more hire.
| Question | Generalist agency | Freelancer or one more hire | Nonprofit Growth Plan |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who sets the strategy? | You, mostly | You | We do, from an audit and 90-day roadmap |
| Who does the work? | An account manager and whoever's free | One person, one skill set | Strategist, copywriter, SEO/GEO, ads, email, web |
| What happens when someone's out? | Your tickets wait | Everything stops | The team keeps going |
| Do they know the Ad Grant, donor journeys, and ethical storytelling? | They'll learn on your budget | Depends who you find | It's all we do |
| Have they done your job? | Rarely | Maybe | Most of us have |
| What do you pay for? | Hours | Salary, benefits, software | Deliverables you can see |
| What gets reported? | Impressions and clicks | Whatever they had time for | Donations, sign-ups, volunteers |
| How do you start? | Full retainer | Full-time hire | Sized to what you need. Some start with just the Ad Grant. |
We only do this.
We only run marketing Growth Plans for nonprofits: churches, rescue missions, foster care and adoption organizations, ministries, camps, and schools. Most of our team came from organizations like yours, so we already know the donors, the volunteers, and the Ad Grant.

Real results. Real impact.
- 70% Increase in overall annual donations in 90 days
- 480% Increase in donation conversions via Google Ad Grant
“We had an outside Ad Grant specialist review our account and he called Louder's improvements a "1,000x upgrade." We're now consistently hearing from new donors who found us by searching on Google.”
- 5x Increase in recruitment applications
“If you'd asked me before, I would've said social ads might give us a bigger pool. What none of us expected was the dramatic impact they'd have not just on our reach, but on our entire recruiting process and philosophy. We've never felt this confident at this point in the year, and that's because of your work.”
FAQ
Questions nonprofits ask us.
What does a nonprofit marketing agency do?
A nonprofit marketing agency plans and runs the marketing that brings supporters, volunteers, and program participants to a mission-driven organization: typically Google Ad Grant management, SEO and AI visibility, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and fundraising campaigns. Louder does all of this under a single Growth Plan led by a strategist.
How much does nonprofit marketing cost?
Nonprofit Growth Plans start at $1,900 per month and scale with the number of channels and campaigns we run. One-time Kickstart projects are also available. Every plan includes a strategist, monthly outcome reporting, and a quarterly roadmap review.
Which channel should we start with?
For most eligible nonprofits, the Google Ad Grant is the fastest win because the ad budget is free. We pair it with SEO and AI visibility for durable traffic and an email welcome series so new visitors don't disappear. Your audit will tell us which of these matters most for you.
What is the Google Ad Grant, and do we qualify?
The Google Ad Grant provides eligible 501(c)(3) organizations with up to $10,000 per month in Google Search advertising. Most nonprofits qualify; hospitals, schools, and government entities generally don't. We can check your eligibility on the discovery call.
What is GEO or AI visibility, and why does it matter for nonprofits?
Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is the practice of making your organization show up in AI-generated answers from tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode. Donors increasingly research giving decisions through these tools, and AI Overviews now appear on nearly half of nonprofit-related searches. If you're not in the answer, you're invisible for that question.
Do you work with churches and ministries, or only 501(c)(3) nonprofits?
Both. Louder serves churches, ministries, faith-based nonprofits, Christian schools, and mission-driven businesses. Our team's background is in ministry and nonprofit work.
Do we need a new website first?
Not always. If your site can't convert the traffic we send it, we'll tell you, and a website project or our LaunchPad build may come first. Many Growth Plan clients start with an existing site and improve key pages as part of the plan.
How is a Growth Plan different from Web Care?
Web Care keeps your website secure, updated, and supported; you send requests, we handle them. A Growth Plan is proactive: we bring the strategy and run the marketing. Many clients have both.
What's the difference between a Growth Plan and Nonprofit Amplifier?
A Growth Plan is done-for-you: our team runs your marketing. Nonprofit Amplifier is done-with-you: your team builds it alongside our coaches in a membership. Amplifier opens January 2027.
