Building a Successful Recurring Donor Program
Oasis for Orphans is committed to breaking the cycle of generational poverty in rural Kenya. And they rely on the ongoing support of donors to continue this vital work. They came to us aiming to reach new donors and encourage one-time donors to increase their support to a monthly commitment. We created a recurring donor program, redesigned their website with a fresh messaging strategy, and ran a targeted ad campaign to recruit marathon runners to raise money for Oasis. After we worked together on a marketing campaign, they filled all their 2023 marathon spots in record time. The support of those runners alone translated to a year’s worth of educational needs met for 21 students!
Equipping a Global Association for Brand Cohesion
Christian Alliance for Orphans (CAFO) connects and equips hundreds of churches, ministries, nonprofits, and leaders worldwide in the foster care and adoption space. However, its digital presence didn’t reflect its robust library of resources and growing global community, with competing brand identities creating a congested user experience. We developed a messaging strategy that clearly communicates who CAFO is, what they do, and how their mission aligns across all their unique initiatives. An improved design system unified their brands aesthetically while allowing for scalable growth as they continue adding content to their website in the future. CAFO can better serve its members and donors with a more intuitive website that drives people to action.
Custom Project Management App + Fundraising Website
Both Hands, a nonprofit with a unique approach to adoption fundraising, reached out in need of a custom online project management tool. We went to work organizing and building a system around their processes that dramatically improved their client’s user experience and has lead to increased retention and fundraising success. Following the successful launch, we engaged on a redesign of their marketing website. Now they are equipped to double their impact and reach new families around the country.
Developing a Growth Plan to Recruit More Volunteers
Through its mentoring program that pairs teams of adult volunteers with youth in foster care, Braid Mission is addressing the trauma often found in the foster-care system. We created a brand messaging strategy that clarified their message and built a new website that clearly explains its mission. But they needed help using these tools to recruit more volunteers to keep advancing their work. We developed a growth plan tailored to the specific goal of reaching new volunteers through email marketing that directs interested supporters to their website. This new funnel is reaching people who have a heart for foster care and time to volunteer but might not have known about this opportunity.
Crafting an Online Strategy That Directs People Toward Offline Community
After predominantly offering virtual church services during the early days of COVID-19, Fellowship Bible Church wanted to increase their in-person attendance again. As a large multi-campus church in Nashville, it was a challenge to create an effective website that would make a positive first impression on new visitors while also serving existing congregants. We built a website that prioritizes the user experience online while clearly directing site visitors to pursue church community in person. From developing a user-friendly sermon library to integrating a hub page for events and announcements, we created messaging and tools that spoke directly to each audience.
Launching a Nationwide Daycamp Brand
With dozens of years of camp experience, the leadership at Connect Ministries wanted to launch a new nationwide day camp. Their small team had the camp management knowledge to create assets, but creating a brand rollout strategy kept slipping down the priority list.
They needed a partner that could guide intentional messaging, content creation, and audience targeting. We helped their team launch the Connect Camps brand via a solidified brand messaging strategy, new website, email marketing plan, and paid social media campaigns.
