Guiding Online Visitors Toward In-Person Community
After a season of virtual-first services, the site had to win over newcomers while still serving a large multi-campus congregation.
The work
After predominantly offering virtual church services during the early days of COVID-19, Fellowship Bible Church wanted to increase their in-person attendance again. As a large multi-campus church in Nashville, it was a challenge to create an effective website that would make a positive first impression on new visitors while also serving existing congregants. We built a website that prioritizes the user experience online while clearly directing site visitors to pursue church community in person. From developing a user-friendly sermon library to integrating a hub page for events and announcements, we created messaging and tools that spoke directly to each audience.
